Multiple Pairs Challenge

January 2018 Optical Game was based around multiple pairs and back up glasses for contact lens wearers. The game was played by optical and techs. Optical was focused on the sales part but the techs would ask patients about their other pairs of glasses, sunglasses, etc. to get them thinking if they only had a single pair of glasses. Also techs asked contact lens patients about their back up glasses. Goal was only 22 multiple pairs/back up pairs (just 1 per work day) for the month. We measured on the 16th and 31st, with the first goal being 11 pairs.
We do 50% off multiple complete pairs, and 50% off back up glasses for contact lens wearers with an annual supply purchase.
By the end of January they had 30 pairs sold. Average for 2017 was 18 pairs per month.

For the game board we had a white snowflake that for every 4 multiple pairs a blue snowflake part was added.
