Fancy Frames!

We picked four of our high end frames lines and set a goal to get their sales up over the monthly average. Whenever a staff member sold a "fancy frame", then they were able to put a "fancy frame" on the staff member of their choice on the gameboard. There were prizes for each goal level that the department hit, but each individual had additional chances to win with each frame they sold.

At the end of the previous month, we ordered a variety of prizes for the staff “prize box” from various online stores. At the beginning of the month, we got some “scratch-off” game tickets from Target and set goals for each department. There was a prize set for each department if they hit their goal for the month, but each individual staff member was rewarded with a scratch-off ticket with each contribution to the goal for a chance to win an additional prize (probability about 40%).
