April Showers bring May Manicures-Educate!

Goal was to educate every patient that technician/scribe came in contact with. For the game, they were to verbally educate, give the patient a handout pertaining to the subject and chart in the EHR. If they met their goal of 70% for the month, they would receive a gift card for a manicure.
