April Showers Bring May Manicures-Preappoint

Goal was to start preappointing patients. If the patient care coordinators preappointed 40% of our patients, then they would receive a gift card for a manicure. We did find that our original goal of 40% was "Too hard," so we backed it down to 30%. (They still didn't meet the goal...we are working on re-educating the staff and the patients...).
