Fundus Farm

The goal of this game was to increase the volume of Fundus Photos taken of existing patients eyes. During an exam for an existing patient the Tech has the opportunity to ask the patient if they would like to have the photos of the back of their eye taken for an additional fee of $39. Every patient that the Tech got to participate was represented on their farm with a farm animal sticker. They had an overall goal for the month and received a prize at the end!
