Bake me Baby

For the Month of January, we wanted to focus on increasing our patients. We wanted the staff to get in the habit of asking to book appointments for others in the household when they are making appointments for people. For each family that booked an additional person, the team got to put a gingerbread on a baking sheet! Once they reached the first level of 11 families that "took the pitch" of making an additional appointment the office got a CHEESECAKE PARTY If they surpassed the goal of 11, each member of the staff added $10 to their in office ledger credit
