Mean Girls

Based on the Movie Mean Girls. Goal was to increase the number of New Patients seen in the month over last year from 116 to 126. End result was 134 NP for the month. For every 6 patients the "new girl" was placed on the board at the table with the Mean Girls. The reward was a lunch together which is rare because they always eat in shifts to cover the front desk.
